How to orderPlacing your order with School Diaries couldn’t be simpler. Standard Diaries: If you would like to order A5 standard diaries, simply fax, call or email your requirements and a delivery date to suit, and you will receive confirmation. Your diaries will be delivered to you on the date specified. There is no minimum order for standard diaries. Delivery charges range from £5.95 - £30.00 dependant on quantity. Personalised Diaries: Fax, email or post your requirements for a quotation. Alternatively you can call for advice. On receipt of your quotation, if you are happy to proceed, you can fax, email or call to confirm your order. As is often the case, you may need to change some of your order details such as quantity or number of bespoke pages etc and this can be done anytime up to your diaries being approved for print. On receipt of your artwork: this will be processed through to studio, a proof of your bespoke pages and a colour cover proof will be produced and posted to you. You will have the opportunity to check / amend where necessary and re-proofs will be sent. When you are completely happy with the bespoke content, you can sign your latest proof off for print. Your diaries will then be produced for delivery. We will deliver: During the 6 weeks school holiday during the week ending 31st August 2011, to suit your requirements. You will be invoiced after delivery. Supplying your artwork Artwork for covers Please supply your school crest and any images on disc or via email in either eps, jpg or tiff format. Also supply a hard copy for our reference and mark out any specific details or layouts reuired. Alternatively our studio will design the cover for you. PLEASE DO NOT supply us with Publisher or pdf files for any of your artwork as we cannot make any changes to them. Your Text New Orders: If you are a new customer, supply your text pages on disc or via email as a Word document. You can also send us a hard copy if you have a specific layout in mind. If you cannot send us a Word document, we will be happy to set your text from your amended existing planner, please detail the amendments clearly.
